We only use the information we collect about you to maximise the services that we provide to you, to assess eligibility for services, to administer nationally recognised or non-accredited training, or to provide services you have registered for.

We may also collect additional information at other times, including when you provide feedback, change content or email preferences, respond to surveys, communicate with customer support, participate in live chat sessions, or place a call to us as a result of visiting our website.

We may use personal information collected from you for the purpose of providing services, administering programs, communicating with you, and providing direct marketing material such as updates and newsletters where you have registered or subscribed. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us, and your request will be actioned as soon as possible.

Individual profile and company details are not used for any other purpose. Details are only supplied to third parties where required by law, to provide services you have requested, to administer programs, or to protect copyright, trademarks and other legal rights.

Personal information may be collected in the ways described in this section as well as through automated technologies, cookies, pixels and other digital tools as  described further below in this Privacy Policy.

Information collected for students and course participants may include:

• name, telephone number, address, email address and date of birth
• school name and year level where applicable
• parent or guardian contact details where applicable
• enrolment details, course progress and assessment outcomes
• government issued identifiers required for RTO reporting such as a Unique Student Identifier (USI)
• information reasonably required to assess course suitability, support needs or training outcomes

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) AND AUTOMATED TOOLS

We may use, or in future introduce, automated tools or artificial intelligence enabled functionality to support website operations, communications, analytics and service administration.

At the time of publication of this Privacy Policy, we do not use generative artificial intelligence tools on our websites to create content or interact with individuals. We may adopt such tools in future, including where built into third party platforms such as customer relationship management systems, analytics platforms or marketing technologies.

NO AUTOMATED DECISION MAKING FOR ENROLMENT OR RESULTS   

We do not use artificial intelligence, automated decision-making systems or algorithmic profiling to determine enrolment eligibility, academic results, qualifications, funding or support.

All decisions relating to program access, eligibility, participation or outcomes are made by authorised staff and not solely by automated means.

USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION INVOLVING AI AND ANALYTICS

We may use personal information to analyse website performance, improve user experience, measure campaign effectiveness, administer services and communicate with individuals.

Where automated tools or artificial intelligence enabled platforms are involved, their use is limited to analytics, optimisation, communications and administrative support. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for the purpose of training artificial intelligence systems.

DIRECT MARKETING AND MINORS SAFEGUARD

We do not control how third-party platforms operate their internal systems.

Where personal information such as email addresses is used for marketing or retargeting, this may occur through de-identified or hashed processes supported by the relevant platform. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time. We do not use a minor’s personal information for direct marketing without parent or guardian consent.

GENERAL VISITORS TO OUR SITE-PERSONAL DATA
