NDIS STATUS AND ACCESS
WISE Employment Ltd is a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). WISE Training Services operates as a division of WISE Employment Ltd and provides education and training services that may be accessed by NDIS participants where approved and appropriate.
WISE Employment Ltd does not determine NDIS access, eligibility, funding levels or plan approvals. All decisions relating to National Disability Insurance Scheme plans, funding and supports are made by the National Disability Insurance Agency in accordance with applicable legislation and policy.
Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the website without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this website.
We are committed to providing accessible and inclusive digital services. Reasonable adjustments may be available to support access to our services on request. If you require information in an alternative format or need assistance accessing this website or our services, please contact us.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
This website and our courses may be accessed by individuals under 18 years of age for education and training purposes. Where a user is under 18, enrolment and participation may require the consent of a parent, guardian or school, in accordance with applicable law and RTO requirements.
Where a parent, guardian or school enrols a student or provides consent on behalf of a student, they warrant that they have authority to do so.

DELIVERY OF GOODS and SERVICES
Digital goods and services are delivered as agreed to in the course outline and course enrolment. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.
SCHOOL-BASED DELIVERY
Where training is delivered through a school or education partner, the school may provide enrolment information, attendance records and student details to us for training and compliance purposes. Participation in training delivered through a school remains subject to RTO requirements and course rules.
GOVERNMENT-FUNDED SERVICES AND REPORTING OBLIGATIONS
Some services offered or referred to on this website may be funded by the Australian Government under employment or training programs, including Inclusive Employment Australia. Eligibility criteria apply and participation is subject to program guidelines, availability of funding and ongoing compliance requirements. Government funding arrangements may change at any time.
Where services are funded by the Australian Government, we may be required to collect, use and disclose personal information to relevant government departments, agencies or program administrators for the purposes of eligibility assessment, reporting, compliance, auditing and evaluation, in accordance with applicable laws and funding agreements.
REFUNDS AND WITHDRAW FEES
We handle and process refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at our discretion.
Withdraw fee prior to training or enrolment* (deducted from refund): $50
Withdraw fee prior to training and after enrolment* (deducted from refund): $200
Withdraw fee after training started & after enrolment* (deducted from refund): $200
*”Enrolment” is defined as course booked and payment made.
For students under 18, refund requests may be made by a parent, guardian or school that arranged the Enrolment.

We provide both in-classroom and online training courses. The courses are accredited and provide nationally-recognised qualifications.

EMPLOYMENT AND PROGRAM OUTCOMES
Participation in any program, service or training does not guarantee employment, job placement, work experience, program acceptance or ongoing participation in any government funded program. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances, eligibility requirements, labour market conditions and external factors outside our control.
NDIS FUNDING AND PLAN OUTCOMES
Participation in any course, training or service offered by WTS does not guarantee approval of NDIS funding, inclusion of supports in a participant plan, or continuation of any existing funding. All funding decisions are made independently by the National Disability Insurance Agency and are subject to legislative and policy requirements.
NDIS SAFEGUARDS AND PARTICIPANT RIGHTS
WISE Employment Ltd is committed to providing NDIS support and related services in a safe, respectful and inclusive manner. We uphold the rights of people with disability to dignity, respect, privacy, choice and control, and freedom from abuse, neglect, exploitation and discrimination.
We are also committed to providing training in a safe and respectful environment for young people. Staff working with minors are subject to applicable child safety and working with children requirements.
We comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct and applicable safeguarding requirements. Any concerns regarding safety, conduct or service delivery should be raised promptly using the complaints process described below.
COURSE SAFETY AND CONDUCT
Students must follow trainer instructions and safety requirements during training. We may remove a participant from training where safety or wellbeing risks arise.
ACADEMIC INTEGRITY
Students must complete all assessments and training activities honestly and in their own words. Academic integrity requires that work submitted for assessment is the student’s own work and that any sources or assistance are properly acknowledged.
Academic misconduct includes, without limitation, plagiarism, collusion, contract cheating, fabrication or falsification of information, impersonation, unauthorised assistance in assessments, and misuse of artificial intelligence or automated tools to generate assessment responses where this is not expressly permitted.
Where the use of artificial intelligence tools is permitted for a course or assessment, they may only be used in the manner authorised by the trainer and must not replace the student’s own learning or understanding. Students remain responsible for the accuracy and originality of all work submitted.
We may investigate suspected academic misconduct. This may include requesting drafts, conducting interviews, requiring resubmission, or using text matching or authorship verification tools. Where academic misconduct is identified, we may take action including requiring reassessment, marking an assessment as not yet competent, suspension from a course, or cancellation of enrolment, in accordance with RTO requirements.
Serious or repeated misconduct may be reported where required under applicable training or funding regulations.

You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email. All information we receive from our customers is protected by our secure servers. Our secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all customer data collected is secured against unauthorised use or access. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.
THIRD PARTIES
We do not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and assist in meeting customer needs generally. In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve our website and services but not for any other use.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

NDIS COMPLAINTS
If you are a NDIS participant and your complaint relates to NDIS supports or services provided by WISE Employment Ltd or WTS, you may raise your complaint with us directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time.
EXCLUSION OF COMPETITORS
We may restrict access where use is for commercial exploitation of our materials. If you breach this term then we will hold you fully responsible for any loss that we may sustain and further hold you accountable for all profits that you might make from such unpermitted and improper use. We reserve the right to exclude and deny any person access to our website, services or information in our sole discretion.

JURISDICTION
This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of Victoria and Australia. If there is a dispute between you and us that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
